- Returns and Exchanges
Flying A gladly accepts returns and exchanges on any items (excluding those on final sale) that are in their unworn, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached.
Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag.
We do not accept returns on all undergarments, swim wear, and ALL SALE ITEMS INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
Please email sales@flyinganyc.com or call the store Monday - Friday, 11AM-7PM EST within five days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within five days of receiving your RA#. Please mail your return with the original receipt to the following address:

All orders are shipped via USPS and the tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

Orders placed before 5pm EST on Sunday - Thursday will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. All orders received after 10am EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out same day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within New York state.
Flying A does not assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise once it has been delivered to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties including fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Flying A, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Flying A. This amount will be subtracted from you merchandise refund.
