FAQs

How can I check the status of my order?
>> You can check the status of your order by using the contact us form.

Can I place an order over the phone?
>> We encourage you to order online, but if you would like to place an order over the telephone please check the contact us page.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
>> Currently flyinganyc.com will ship to only one address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping addresses.

Can I return merchandise, I purchased on your website at the Flying A store?
>> Unfortunately you cannot return merchandise purchased online to the store. If you have a return or exchange, please read our Return Policy for further information and instructions.

Can I use a Gift Card purchased online in the Flying A store?
>> Yes. Gift cards can be used both online and in our store.

How can I modify my order?
>> Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Do you ship internationally?
>> At this time, we are unable to ship to international destination.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following forms of payment:
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Flying A Gift Cards.
All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing and we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct.

SALES TAX
Tax free under $110 (clothing). 8.375% will be applied to all orders shipped to New York State of $110 or more; Sales tax is not charged on gift card shipments.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations; one from flyinganyc.com confirming receipt of your order and one from the shipper to notify you the tracking number and ship date of your package. You will then be able to check the status of your package online.

COLORS
Flyinganyc.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the merchandise that appear on our site. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the actual colors of the merchandise.

MISSING / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt and we will try to assist you as quickly as possible.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Flyinganyc.com offers 4 types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Weekend delivery is not available.

We offer the following shipping options:

Ground (5 to 7 business days)
3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days)
2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Next Day Air (1 business day)

SHIPPING SURCHARGE
Based on their size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges will be calculated at check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not ship to international destination.


SAFE SECURE ORDERING

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. In our shopping checkout process, we use a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters "http" in the url change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; your browser may also give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area. In addition, you can identify the secure mode if you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window.

RETURNS EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days of date of delivery for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

Please note: Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. This includes all vintage items, makeup, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, hair accessories, bathing suits, undergarments stockings and all sale items indicated Final Sale. If FINAL SALE items are returned to us they will be shipped back at the customer's expense unless prior authorization is granted.

Web returns and exchanges cannot be made in-store. Please use the contact us form with any questions.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Print a copy of your order and enclose it with your return/exchange. All articles that belong to the same order MUST be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to: Flying A, Web Return, 169 Spring Street, New York, NY 10012

> We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
> When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
> Upon receipt of returned goods, flyinganyc.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
